Dry Goods USA is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the store manager in motivating associates and delivering top-tier customer service. You will help customers create their personal style through product knowledge and a clean, exciting store environment.

You will train and coach staff, develop relationships to grow the business, and ensure sales goals are met. Flexibility for day, evening, and weekend shifts is required.

Responsibilities

• Motivate associates to deliver outstanding customer service – train, coach and lead by example.
• Develop relationships to grow store business.
• Execute all duties of a sales associate and achieve individual sales and account goals.
• Assess associate performance to improve the quality of service the customer receives, increase sales, and meet store goals.
• Develop and implement solutions to solve customer problems and store needs.
• Be available to work a rotation of day, evening, and weekend shifts.
