Job summary

Dry Goods USA is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the store manager in motivating associates to help customers create their own personal style and assisting with all operations. You provide one-of-a-kind service through relationship building, sharing product knowledge, and presenting a clean and exciting store.

In this role you will motivate associates to deliver outstanding customer service, train, coach and lead by example, develop relationships to grow store business, and execute

• Be available to work a rotation of day, evening, and weekend shifts.
