Job summary

DTLR, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in running a high-performing retail location. You will lead staff, manage customer service, merchandising, and daily operations to maximize sales and profitability.

You will assist with recruitment, training, and performance evaluations, while ensuring policy compliance and loss prevention. The role requires flexibility to work across district stores and occasional travel within assigned region.

Qualifications

Requires a minimum of one year in retail management.
Strong command of the English language for management communication.
Ability to recruit, train and develop store personnel.
Experience in expense management, merchandising and inventory control.
