Job summary

Confidential is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to help maintain a clean, organized store focused on customer satisfaction in Camden, AL. You will assist the Store Manager with staffing, training, and safeguarding assets while ensuring merchandise is presented according to planograms and company standards.

You will also supervise cash handling, deposits, and daily deposits, support daily deposits and ensure store profitability with revenue protection.

Qualifications

• Experience leading retail teams and delivering excellent customer service.
• Proven ability to manage cash handling and cash controls.
• Familiarity with inventory, receiving, stocking and merchandising processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service leadership and operate cash register.
• Open and close the store at least two days per week.
• Assist with scheduling and training of employees and safety meetings.
• Follow processes for merchandise receiving, stocking and displays.
• Maintain accurate inventory and limit damages and losses.
• Assist with planograms and proper product presentation.
• Ensure financial integrity with cashier accountability and cash handling procedures.
• Support store coverage in Store Manager's absence.
