Dollar General Corporation seeks an Assistant Store Manager to maintain a clean, organized store with a customer-first focus. Under the Store Manager's guidance, you will supervise staff, manage merchandise presentation, and handle deposits while protecting assets and reducing losses.

You will lead customer service, assist with scheduling and training, implement planograms, and support store operations in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent strongly preferred.
• One year of experience in a retail environment and six months supervisory experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide superior customer service leadership and operate cash register to itemize purchases.
• Open and close the store a minimum of two days per week.
• Assist Store Manager with scheduling employees and training; conduct safety meetings.
• Follow processes to manage merchandise, including receiving, stocking, and building displays.
• Assist in maintaining inventory accuracy and cash handling procedures.
