Job summary

Dollar Tree Stores INC in Lake Park, FL is seeking a part-time store associate to support day-to-day store operations and deliver excellent customer service. You will assist with merchandising, stocking, and processing tasks while ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming shopping environment for customers.

Responsibilities include opening/closing procedures, following corporate directives, and maintaining promotional displays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Store management experience in retail, grocery, or drug store environment is preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 55 lbs and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day store activities.
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner and address questions or concerns.
• Organize and transfer merchandise from delivery truck to stockroom to sales floor and maintain seasonal areas.
• Perform opening and closing procedures.
• Process corporate directives related to store activities.
• Maintain promotional fixtures and displays.
• Assist in ordering merchandise, processing damaged merchandise, and record keeping including payroll, scheduling, and cash deposits.
• Maintain clean and organized store areas; protect company assets.
