Qualifications:

Education:

• High school diploma or GED preferred.

Work Experience:

• At least two years of relevant work experience required.
• Experience supporting people and processes to drive operational excellence and meet sales targets.
• Must meet federal and state requirements for selling and processing firearms transactions, if applicable.
• Must meet requirements to qualify for and maintain an FOID card (Illinois only).

Skills:

• Excellent customer service skills; effective problem solver and communicator with customers and team members.
• Ability to read, interpret, and follow safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, plan-o-grams, and procedures.
• Ability to prepare routine reports and correspondence.
• Apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions in written, oral, or diagram form.
• Working knowledge of inventory software, order processing systems, and Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).

Other Requirements (excluding Lead Cashier):

• Meet federal and state requirements for firearms transactions, if applicable.
• Qualify for and maintain an FOID card (Illinois only).
• Complete Firearms Sales Certification Training, if applicable.

Physical Requirements & Attendance:

• Good hearing and vision to perform duties.
• Adherence to work hours, policies, procedures, and professional conduct rules.
• Constant standing, walking, reaching, handling, repetitive motions, feeling, and lifting up to 20 pounds.
• Frequently stooping, crouching, using fingers, grasping, pushing, pulling, talking, hearing, and lifting 21 to 40 pounds.
• Occasionally sitting, climbing, balancing, and lifting 41 to 60 pounds.
