Job Positions:

• Logistics Team Lead
• Operations Team Lead
• Store Inventory Control Team Lead
• Store Merchandising Team Lead
• Sales Team Lead Softlines
• Sales Team Lead Hardlines

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• At least two years of relevant work experience.
• Support of people and processes to drive operational excellence and sales targets.
• Compliance with federal and state requirements for firearms transactions, where applicable.
• Qualification to obtain/maintain FOID card (Illinois only).

Skills:

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to read, interpret, and follow safety rules, instructions, and manuals.
• Proficiency in preparing reports and correspondence.
• Common sense understanding to follow written, oral, or diagrammed instructions.
• Working knowledge of inventory software, order processing systems, and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities:

Additional Requirements (excluding Lead Cashier):

• Compliance with firearms transaction requirements and FOID card maintenance.
• Completion of Firearms Sales Certification Training, if applicable.

Physical Requirements & Attendance:

• Ability to hear and see adequately to perform job duties.
• Adherence to work hours, policies, and professional conduct.
• Ability to stand, walk, reach, handle, and lift up to 20 pounds constantly; 21-40 pounds frequently; 41-60 pounds occasionally.
