Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

Education: High school diploma or GED preferred.

Work Experience: At least two years of relevant work experience. Support of people and processes to drive operational excellence and sales targets. Must meet federal and state requirements for selling and processing firearms transactions, where applicable. Must qualify for/maintain FOID card (Illinois only).

Skills: Excellent customer service, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to interpret safety rules, manuals, and procedures. Proficiency with inventory software, order processing systems, and Microsoft Office.

Other Requirements (excluding Lead Cashier):

Must meet firearm transaction requirements and complete Firearms Sales Certification Training, where applicable.

Physical Requirements & Attendance:

• Ability to hear and see adequately for job duties.
• Adherence to work hours, policies, and professional conduct.
• Constant standing, walking, reaching, handling, and lifting up to 20 pounds.
• Frequent stooping, crouching, grasping, pushing, pulling, talking, hearing, lifting 21-40 pounds.
• Occasional sitting, climbing, balancing, lifting 41-60 pounds.
