Minimum Requirements:

Education: High school diploma or GED preferred.

Work Experience: At least two years of relevant work experience required. Experience in supporting people and processes to drive operational excellence and sales targets. Must meet federal and state requirements for selling and processing firearms transactions, where applicable. Must qualify to obtain/maintain FOID card (Illinois only).

Skills: Excellent customer service, problem-solving, communication skills; ability to read and interpret safety and operational documents; proficiency in inventory software, order processing systems, and Microsoft Office.

Other Requirements (excluding Lead Cashier):

Must meet firearms transaction requirements, FOID card requirements (Illinois), and complete Firearms Sales Certification Training if applicable.

Physical Requirements & Attendance:

• Good hearing and vision to perform duties
• Adherence to work hours, policies, and rules
• Ability to stand, walk, reach, handle, and lift up to 20 pounds constantly; 21-40 pounds frequently; 41-60 pounds occasionally
