Qualifications

Qualifications:

Education:

• High school diploma or GED preferred.

Work Experience:

• Minimum of two years relevant experience.
• Support of people and processes to achieve operational excellence and sales goals.
• Compliance with federal and state firearm transaction requirements, where applicable.
• Eligibility to obtain/maintain FOID card (Illinois only).

Skills:

• Excellent customer service, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to read and follow safety, operating, and procedural documents.
• Proficiency in preparing reports and correspondence.
• Common sense application to instructions in various formats.
• Working knowledge of inventory software, order systems, and Microsoft Office.

Additional Requirements (excluding Lead Cashier):

• Firearms transaction compliance where applicable.
• FOID card qualification (Illinois only).
• Completion of Firearms Sales Certification Training, where applicable.

Physical & Attendance Requirements:

• Adequate hearing and vision.
• Adherence to work hours, policies, and behavior standards.
• Constant standing, walking, reaching, handling, repetitive motions, and lifting up to 20 pounds.
• Frequent stooping, crouching, grasping, pushing, pulling, talking, hearing, and lifting 21-40 pounds.
• Occasional sitting, climbing, balancing, and lifting 41-60 pounds.
