Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• At least two years of relevant work experience.
• Support of people and processes to drive operational excellence and meet sales targets.
• Must meet federal and state requirements for firearms transactions and FOID card (Illinois only).

Skills:

• Excellent customer service, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to read, interpret, and follow safety rules, instructions, and manuals.
• Proficiency in preparing reports and correspondence.
• Understanding of inventory software, order processing systems, and Microsoft Office.

Additional Requirements (excluding Lead Cashier):

• Completion of Firearms Sales Certification Training.

Physical Requirements & Attendance:

• Good hearing and vision to perform job duties.
• Adherence to work hours, policies, and professional conduct.
• Ability to stand, walk, reach, handle, and lift up to 40 pounds regularly.
• Occasional sitting, climbing, and lifting up to 60 pounds.
