Qualifications:
Education:
  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
Work Experience:
  • At least two years of relevant work experience required.
  • Supporting people and processes to drive operational excellence and meet sales targets.
  • Must meet federal and state requirements for selling and processing firearms transactions, where applicable.
  • Must qualify for and maintain FOID card (Illinois only).
Skills:
  • Excellent customer service skills; effective problem solver and communicator.
  • Ability to read, interpret, and follow safety rules, operating instructions, plan-o-grams, and manuals.
  • Prepare routine reports and correspondence.
  • Apply common sense to follow written, oral, or diagrammed instructions.
  • Working knowledge of inventory software, order processing systems, and Microsoft Office products.

Additional Requirements (excluding Lead Cashier):
  • Meet federal and state requirements for firearms sales where applicable.
  • Qualify for and maintain FOID card (Illinois only).
  • Complete Firearms Sales Certification Training, where applicable.
Physical Requirements & Attendance:
  • Good hearing and vision to perform job duties.
  • Adherence to work hours, policies, procedures, and professional conduct.
  • Stand, walk, reach, handle, and perform repetitive motions; lift up to 20 pounds regularly.
  • Frequently stoop, crouch, grasp, push, pull, talk, hear, and lift 21-40 pounds.
  • Occasionally sit, climb, balance, and lift 41-60 pounds.

Full-time position.
