Qualifications

• 2 years of college; OR 1 year of retail experience and 1 year of supervisory experience; OR 2 years of general work experience and 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Firearms background checks may apply for facilities selling firearms; training may be required.
• Associates will be required to attend and complete job-required trainings and assessments (e.g., Academy trainings, Open Door trainings).

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop store teams, teaching training and feedback to associates.
• Drive store sales and financial performance by managing budgeting, forecasting and expenses.
• Ensure customer service excellence and resolve issues through the One Best Way model.
• Oversee operations, merchandising, inventory flow and shrink mitigation.
