Job summary

The Intersect Group is seeking a Product Manager – Store Systems in Irving, TX to lead the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of mobile device hardware and software for store operations. You will own scanners, tablets, device management, and related apps to ensure reliability and scalability across a large retail network.

The role requires enterprise software experience, strong collaboration with operations, IT, vendors, and a focus on operational excellence.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of product management experience in enterprise software, retail tech, or hardware-enabled solutions.
• Experience working with mobile devices, scanners, and device ecosystems.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to write clear user stories.
• Experience in Agile environments with backlog management and sprint planning.

Responsibilities

• Own the product roadmap and lifecycle for mobile devices and store applications.
• Define hardware and software requirements for performance, connectivity, and usability.
• Partner with engineering and hardware vendors on integrations and updates.
• Lead onboarding, provisioning, configuration, software distribution, and lifecycle governance.
• Collaborate with store teams to identify pain points and translate to scalable solutions.
• Monitor device health, telemetry, and support trends to drive improvements.
• Prioritize backlogs, write user stories, plan pilots, and manage rollouts.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Information Systems, or related field
