Job summary

Gordon Food Service invites you to join a 12-week paid internship at our Home Office in the United States. You will gain firsthand experience, work on meaningful projects, and receive mentorship, professional development, and networking opportunities across our organization.

You’ll collaborate with Store Support and other interns in Communications, Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, IT, Marketing & Merchandising, Supply Chain, and Sales, gaining exposure to diverse business areas and a path

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a university pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Degree.
• Must be authorized to work in the US.
• Must have a 3.0 GPA or higher.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 1 IT support and use monitoring tools to ensure system stability and uptime across network, Android, and Linux environments.
• Manage depot break/fix processes for store hardware, including PCs, scanners, and RF guns, by configuring replacements, tracking shipping, and coordinating repairs with third-party services.
• Contribute to a department process-improvement project by identifying repeatable functionality and designing a dashboard or reporting tool to visualize key data.
