Job summary

Gordon Food Service invites you to join a 12-week paid internship at our Home Office in the United States. You will gain hands-on experience in Workday HRIS, HR analytics, and data interpretation while contributing to real projects across HR domains.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in university pursuing a Bachelor's degree in HR, Information Systems or related field.
• Must be authorized to work in the US.
• Must have a 3.0 GPA or higher.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-user support for Workday HRIS modules and troubleshoot issues.
• Participate in Workday configuration, lifecycle management, and migrations.
• Develop HR analytics reports and translate data into insights.

Build a Career

• HR Operational Support & System Administration: Provide end-user support and technical assistance to business users across the organization for Workday HRIS modules, troubleshooting issues and maintaining system integrity.
• Workday System Configuration & Lifecycle Management: Participate in the full configuration lifecycle by designing, building, testing, and migrating Workday solutions from non-production environments into production to align with business requirements.
• HR Analytics, Reporting & Data Interpretation: Develop custom reports, analyze HR datasets, and translate business questions into actionable workforce metrics and insights using Workday data tools.
• Process Improvement & Quality Monitoring: Analyze existing HR departmental processes and Workday workflows to recommend and implement continuous improvements and maintain clear documentation.
