Job summary

Gordon Food Service offers a 12-week paid internship at our Home Office in the United States. Interns gain hands-on experience and meaningful projects with mentorship, professional development, and networking opportunities across various parts of our business.

You will work with professionals across Communications, Finance, Accounting, HR, IT, Marketing & Merchandising, Supply Chain, and Sales, while contributing to real projects and learning pathways tailored to your interests.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a university pursuing a Bachelor’s degree.
• Must be authorized to work in the US.
• Must have a 3.0 GPA or higher.

Responsibilities

• Build connections across multiple functions including Communications, Finance, Accounting, HR, IT, Marketing & Merchandising, Supply Chain, Sales.
• Support creation, editing, formatting, and updating training materials and digital learning modules.
• Assist trainers with session materials, event logistics, and attendee feedback collection.
• Help prepare data, templates, and notes for performance calibration meetings and succession planning.

Build a Career

• Helping create, edit, format, and update training materials, presentations, and digital learning modules.
• Working with trainers to support preparation of session materials, coordination of event logistics, and collection of attendee feedback.
• Participating and assisting with preparing data, templates, and notes for performance calibration meetings.
• Participating in GFS succession planning process, including (as needed) updating succession tracking sheets, pipeline data and supporting succession planning business meetings.
