Job summary

Meijer Inc. is seeking entry-level Team Members to gain exposure to a variety of retail tasks across store operations, product and customer service. You will interact with customers and contribute to above-and-beyond service while supporting multiple departments and store areas.

The role focuses on cart duties, trash collection, snow removal, cleaning, and collaboration with service desks and departments to ensure smooth daily operations in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Highly organized with a keen eye for details.
• Excellent listening and verbal communication skills.
• Able to lift, carry, push, pull, and twist; comfortable with physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Attend to carts and return them to the store interior.
• Coordinate and collect parking lot, lawn, and interior trash.
• Safely operate snow removal equipment for snow removal.
• Assist with perishables, salvage returns, and basic cleaning.
• Collaborate with service desk, entrance, lanes, and department areas.
