Job summary

XL Parts/The Parts House (TPH) is seeking a Key Holder to expedite shipments and manage daily store operations in Kansas. You will handle shipping/receiving, order filling within a 45-minute window, inventory counts, and customer inquiries while upholding safety and cleanliness standards.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED, 1–2 years of retail experience, outstanding customer service, and the ability to pass a background check and drug screening. Competitive benefits are offered.

• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Shipping and receiving of merchandise.
• Assemble and fill customer orders within a 45-minute window.
• Inventory and cycle counts; schedule contract drivers.
• Answer customer questions and address complaints.
• Store opening and closing duties; keep area clean and safe.
• Handle cash, cash counts and deposits.
• Stocks and pulls parts; answer phones.
