Job summary

XL Parts / The Parts House is seeking a Key Holder to help expedite shipments and support daily store operations. You will oversee shipping and receiving, assemble and fill customer orders, and maintain inventory.

Responsibilities also include scheduling contract drivers, answering customer questions, handling deposits, and performing opening and closing duties to ensure smooth business flow. The role requires a High School Diploma or GED, 1–2 years in retail, excellent communication, and

The Key Holder is responsible for expediting shipments of parts sent and returned from or to XL Parts/The Parts House distribution center(s).

• Handles cash, cash counts, and deposits

• Keeps warehouse clean and provides a safe work environment

Required qualifications:

• High School Degree or GED
• 1 to 2 years ofworking in a retail environment
• Highly motivated to provide superb customer service
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Must be able to pass a criminal background and drug screen

Environmental/Occupational Health and Physical Requirements :

Typical 9-hour day to include reaching, standing, walking, kneeling, lifting and carrying. To perform the duties of this job the employee must be capable of working in a fast-paced environment. The heavy lifting of 50lbs or more may be required. Employee also share the responsibility to perform routine housekeeping activities such as dusting, sweeping, mopping, restroom cleaning and changing trash can liners.
