Job summary

Leonard Buildings and Truck Accessories seeks an Assistant Store Manager for our Jasper, GA sales lot. You will assist the Store Manager in overseeing sales, operations, and asset protection to deliver a great customer experience and maximize profitability.

The role reports to the Store Manager and does not have direct reports. A high school diploma is required, with a bachelor’s degree a plus, and 2+ years of sales experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree is a plus.
• 2+ years of experience in sales.
• Background check and drug test required.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in daily operations including sales, customer service, and staff coordination.
• Assist with merchandising, inventory control, loss prevention, restocking, and store cleaning.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by knowing products and collaborating with colleagues to provide excellent service.
• Assist with marketing strategy development and store-level execution to drive sales.
• Help manage cash and inventory levels according to company standards.
• Support staff training and development to improve sales and service performance.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies and operational guidelines.
• Help achieve financial objectives by controlling expenses and improving efficiency.
