Job summary

The Honey Baked Ham Company in Utah is seeking a Store Supervisor to oversee daily operations and lead a team in a fast-paced retail kitchen environment. You will manage staffing, training, and customer service to ensure quality and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; basic computer skills including Word, Excel and Outlook.
• 2 years of restaurant or service industry experience desirable and prior supervisory experience recommended.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for catering orders/deliveries.
• Production facility operations understanding (1–2 years).

Responsibilities

• Manage store operations as assigned by Manager and assume operational control in absence of Manager.
• Assist in hiring and training of all associates and implement development plans for staff.
• Train all positions in both front and back of house.
• Perform administrative tasks such as banking and scheduling meetings.
• Coach associates using established processes and tools.
• Execute store opening/closing procedures and daily/weekly reports.
• Manage labor and adjust staffing based on business needs.
• Monitor production and sales efficiencies including wait times and quality.
• Ensure sanitation procedures are followed.
• FIFO rotation of product in FOH and BOH.
• Handle customer complaints achieving 100% satisfaction.
• Participate in catering and gifting sales and fulfillment in B2B and Catering.
• Lead merchandising transitions between promotions and holiday setups.
