Job summary

The Honey Baked Ham Company LLC is seeking a Store Supervisor to lead daily store operations in a full-time, benefits-eligible role. You will hire and train associates, manage front/back of house tasks, and ensure excellent customer service while maintaining product quality and compliance with company policies.

You will also oversee scheduling, labor, and merchandising transitions, and collaborate with management to drive sales in a casual, team‑oriented environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic computer skills including Word, Excel and Outlook.
• 2 years of restaurant or service industry experience desirable.
• Prior supervisory experience recommended.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Manage Store Operations as assigned by Manager and assume all operational control in the absence of Manager.
• Assist in hiring and training of all associates and ensure expectations for each position are met; assist in development plans.
• Lead and train all positions in both front and back of house.
• Perform various administrative functions such as banking and scheduling meetings.
• Coach associates using established processes and tools like Huddles and Evaluations.
• Execute store opening/closing procedures and daily/weekly reports.
• Monitor labor and adjust staffing based on business needs.
• Oversee production and sales efficiencies including wait times and quality.
• Ensure sanitation procedures are followed and equipment used properly.
• Maintain FIFO rotation of all products in FOH and BOH.
• Handle customer complaints to achieve 100% satisfaction where possible.
• Participate in catering and gifting sales and fulfillment in B2B processes.
• Lead merchandising transitions and ensure proper holiday and non-holiday setup.
