Sheetz is hiring a Supervisor to lead store teams with energy and a customer-first mindset. You will coach and mentor staff, ensure product availability, and maintain clean, efficient store operations on-site.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old; VA state law requires Supervisor's to be 21+ for certain tasks.
• Ability to multi-task, stand for extended periods and lift up to 20 pounds (40 pounds with assistance).

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to our stores with greetings and top-tier customer service.
• Serve quality food and beverages fast and to exact customer specifications.
• Mentor and coach team members to prioritize tasks and perform as a cohesive unit.
• Ensure products are ordered, merchandised, rotated and available for customers.
• Keep store, kitchen, and dining areas clean.
