Job summary

Sheetz is hiring for a Supervisor to lead store teams with high energy and a strong team mentality. You will engage customers with hospitality and ensure orders meet exact specifications while maintaining a safe, fast, and friendly environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older; VA state law may require Supervisor to be 21 for certain tasks.
• Ability to multi-task, stand, bend and lift up to 20 pounds; assist lifting up to 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with friendly greetings and top-tier service.
• Prepare quality food/beverages to customer specifications in a safe, fast, friendly manner.
• Mentor and coach team members to prioritize tasks and work efficiently as a team.
• Ensure products are ordered, merchandised, rotated and available for customers.
• Keep store, kitchen, and dining areas clean and organized.
