Sheetz is hiring a Supervisor to join our store team. You’ll lead with energy, mentor teammates, and deliver hospitality to every customer, balancing speed and accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old (21+ for certain tasks in VA state law).
• Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 20 pounds; assist lifting up to 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to our stores with greetings and top-tier customer service.
• Make magic happen by serving up quality food and beverages made to exact customer specifications in a safe, fast and friendly manner.
• Mentor and coach your work fam to prioritize tasks and rock it as a Team Member.
• Keep an eye on the goods in-store to ensure products are ordered, merchandised, rotated and readily available.
• Keep things clean in the store, kitchen, and dining areas.
