Qualifications

• Ability to multi-task, perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching, and lift up to 20 lb; assist lifting 40 lb.
• Must be 18+ years old (VA law requires Supervisors to be 21+ for certain tasks).
• Strong hospitality mindset and ability to engage customers.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with greetings and top-tier service.
• Serve food/beverages to customer specifications in a safe, fast way.
• Mentor and coach team to prioritize tasks and work as a unit.
• Ensure products are ordered, merchandised, rotated and available.
• Keep store, kitchen and dining areas clean.
