Job summary

APM Monaco in San Francisco seeks an experienced Store Lead to support the Store Manager in daily operations, sales, and client relations. You will help drive revenue, maintain store presentation, and manage staff on the shop floor with a focus on exceptional customer service.

Facilities, inventory, and visual merchandising are part of the role, along with loss prevention and coordinating events. A minimum of 2 years in retail, plus 1 year in a supervisory role, is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years retail sales experience with 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Established client relationships with sales history.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to analyze sales data and act on trends.
• Flexibility to work a retail schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Sales generation: meet personal and store sales goals and support staff to maximize sales.
• Customer service: lead by example, manage client database, resolve issues promptly.
• Operations: maintain store presentation, cash controls, inventory and POS usage.
• Merchandising/Visual: implement directives, ensure displays reflect visual direction.
• Human Resources: assist training, provide feedback, uphold payroll integrity.
