The Retail Network is seeking an Assistant Manager for our luxury jewelry showroom in San Jose, CA at Westfield Valley Fair Mall. You will lead a team of Concierges, Customer Experience Assistants, and Sales Consultants delivering exceptional service in a luxury environment.

Core duties include recruiting and mentoring staff, maintaining showroom standards, guiding customer decisions, and achieving sales and service KPIs. Strong leadership and CRM experience preferred.

Qualifikationen

• BA degree or equivalent preferred.
• Experience managing people in retail or direct-to-consumer sales.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• CRM experience.

Aufgaben

• Recruit and manage a Customer Experience team in a fast-paced environment focused on sales targets and KPIs.
• Maintain luxury showroom and retail operations standards including planogram maintenance and seasonal updates.
• Collaborate with operations, merchandising, marketing, HR and customer care.
• Lead showroom to deliver a high standard of customer service and drive sales growth.
• Guide customers through purchasing decisions including diamond options and custom designs.
• Respond to inquiries by phone, email and live chat, upholding high standards.
• Conduct in-person appointments to present jewelry in private showroom.
• Design and implement efficiency improvements and policies to enhance customer experience.
• Schedule team coverage in partnership with Workforce Operations Analysts.
