Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a full-time supervisor to lead store operations in Elizabeth, NJ. You will engage customers, coach associates, and uphold brand standards across service, loss prevention, and merchandise processes.

Collaborate with management to drive sales and maintain an engaging, inclusive store environment. You will train new hires, manage shifts, and ensure exceptional customer experiences while complying with company policies.

Qualifications

• Progressive retail leadership experience with proven skills in supervising, coaching and training.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Create a high-energy store experience by modeling service behaviors and coaching associates.
• Resolve consumer concerns in line with policy to ensure satisfaction.
• Participate in training for new hires on LS&CO culture, product knowledge and loss prevention.
• Partner with store management to set expectations and deliver formal performance feedback.
• Oversee cash handling and merchandise operations and maintain store standards.
• Support store management to meet or exceed sales and performance goals.
• Supervise the store team in management absence.
• Comply with Levi's policies and store programs.
