The role requires 1 year of retail experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to stand and lift up to 25 lbs. A full-time schedule including evenings and weekends is expected.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old.
• High school degree or equivalent.
• 1 year experience in a retail environment.
• Local language fluency; basic English considered a plus.
• Willing to work full-time including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Analyze daily sales trends to inform real-time strategic decisions.
• Direct merchandising moves to maximize presentation.
• Understand loss prevention standards and monitor audit results.
• Lead or rotate ownership of areas such as Talent, Visuals, Operations.
• Provide customers with detailed information about a wide selection of products.
• Communicate priorities, sales and KPI targets to teammates to achieve goals.
• Support store and regional leadership and HR during onboarding and training.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
