Job summary

Global Partners LP in Dracut, MA is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the general manager with day-to-day store operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and safety guidelines.

The ASM will supervise hourly staff, manage cash handling, inventory, and banking, assist with payroll, and help promote guest service and company promotions. Flexibility, reliable transportation, and a high school diploma are required.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years supervisory experience.
• Must be 18 years old.
• Vocational or Technical Education High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must have reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and work in various temperatures.

Responsibilities

• Assist in daily accounting paperwork and transmit by deadline.
• Supervise, develop, train and discipline hourly employees and uphold standards.
• Monitor shift cash handling and inventory.
• Assist investigations of shortages/overages and inventory variations.
• Perform banking, invoicing, payroll, and other administrative duties as requested.
• Coordinate gasoline deliveries and ensure store is secure and clean.
• Support promotional initiatives and guest service goals.
