Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 2 years of restaurant or service-industry experience preferred.
• Prior supervisory experience recommended.

Responsibilities

• Manage store operations and assume control in the absence of the Manager.
• Assist in hiring and training associates; support development plans for staff.
• Train all front- and back-of-house positions.
• Handle banking and scheduling meetings.
• Coach associates using huddles, checklists, and evaluations.
• Execute opening/closing procedures and daily/weekly reports.
• Monitor labor, adjust staffing to business needs.
• Ensure proper sanitation procedures are followed.
• Lead promotions and holiday merchandising setup.
