Job summary

Dollar General is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to help maintain a clean, well-organized store with a customer-first focus. Under the Store Manager, you will supervise staff, manage merchandise presentation, and assist with deposits and paperwork.

You will stock, cashier, and perform other duties to maximize profitability while protecting assets. You will open/close the store a couple of days weekly, support scheduling and training, maintain planograms, and ensure cash control and store
