Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service leadership; greet and assist customers, and operate cash register and scanner to itemize the customer’s purchase.
• Open and close the store a minimum of two days per week.
• Assist Store Manager with scheduling employees, providing training, safety meetings, and ensuring policy compliance.
• Follow processes to manage merchandise including receiving, stocking and rotating on shelves and creating displays.
• Maintain inventory levels by controlling damages, markdowns, scanning, paperwork, and facility controls.
• Assist in planogram implementation and ensure merchandise presentation aligns with standards.
• Support cash control, refunds/overrides, tills, and bank deposits; assist in store finances.
• Assist in store management in the Store Manager’s absence.
