• Lead staffing, scheduling, and payroll operations.
• Train and develop non-management staff.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and drive sales.
• Maintain visual displays and analyze reports.
• Protect store assets and manage inventory.
• Operate POS and fulfill OMNI channel orders.
• Represent brand culture and values.
