Job summary

Sheetz is seeking a Supervisor to lead store teams with high-energy hustle and strong teamwork. You’ll engage customers with hospitality and ensure quality food and fast, friendly service.

The role includes mentoring staff, managing daily operations, and maintaining product availability while upholding store standards. Evening/night shifts and growth opportunities are included at Sheetz.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older (21 for certain tasks in VA).
• Ability to multitask and stand for long periods.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and varying shifts.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to our stores with greetings and top-tier service.
• Prepare high-quality food and beverages accurately and efficiently.

Additional Job Info

Additional $1.50/hr. for working 10pm-6am

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to our stores with greetings and top-tier customer service
• Make magic happen by serving up quality food and beverages made to exact customer specifications in a safe, fast and friendly manner
• Mentor and coach your work fam to prioritize tasks and rock it as a Team Member
• Keep an eye on the goodz in-store to make sure that products are ordered, merchandised, rotated and readily-available for our customers
• Keep thingz clean in the store, kitchen, and dining areas

Qualifications

• The ability to multi-task, perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching, and occasionally lifting up to 20 pounds and the ability to assist another person in lifting 40 pounds.
• Must be 18 years of age or older (VA state law requires Supervisor’s to be 21 years of age or older for certain tasks).
