Job summary

Sheetz is seeking a Supervisor for our Virginia stores. Lead a high-energy team, deliver standout hospitality, and ensure a smooth customer experience from order to service.

Eligible candidates will have strong multitasking ability, physical stamina for extended shifts, and a commitment to great teamwork. Night shifts pay an additional differential, and we offer competitive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Ability to multitask and perform repetitive tasks.
• Ability to stand, bend, reach and lift up to 20 pounds.
• Must be 18+ (21+ for some tasks per VA law).

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to our stores with greetings and top-tier customer service.
• Serve up quality food and beverages made to exact customer specifications in a safe, fast and friendly manner.
• Mentor and coach your work family to prioritize tasks and rock it as a Team Member.
• Monitor in-store products to ensure items are ordered, merchandised, rotated and readily available for customers.
• Keep store, kitchen, and dining areas clean.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to our stores with greetings and top-tier customer service
• Make magic happen by serving up quality food and beverages made to exact customer specifications in a safe, fast and friendly manner
• Mentor and coach your work fam to prioritize tasks and rock it as a Team Member
• Keep an eye on the goodz in-store to make sure that products are ordered, merchandised, rotated and readily-available for our customers
• Keep thingz clean in the store, kitchen, and dining areas

Qualifications

• The ability to multi-task, perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching, and occasionally lifting up to 20 pounds and the ability to assist another person in lifting 40 pounds.
• Must be 18 years of age or older (VA state law requires Supervisor’s to be 21 years of age or older for certain tasks).
