Job summary

Sheetz is hiring for a Supervisor with strong leadership and customer service skills. You will lead store teammates, mentor others, and ensure fast, high-quality food and beverage service. The role includes a $1.50/hr night shift premium for 10pm–6am, plus perks like bonuses, PTO and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Ability to multi-task, perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching, and occasionally lift up to 20 pounds.

• Welcome customers to our stores with greetings and top-tier customer service
• Make magic happen by serving up quality food and beverages made to exact customer specifications in a safe, fast and friendly manner
• Mentor and coach your work fam to prioritize tasks and rock it as a Team Member
• Keep an eye on the goods in-store to ensure products are ordered, merchandised, rotated and readily-available for customers
• Keep things clean in the store, kitchen, and dining areas

Qualifications

• The ability to multi-task, perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching, and occasionally lifting up to 20 pounds and the ability to assist another person in lifting 40 pounds.
• Must be 18 years of age or older (VA state law requires Supervisor’s to be 21 years of age or older for certain tasks).
