Job summary

Sheetz in Waynesboro, VA is seeking a energetic Supervisor to lead store teammates with high energy and a service-first mindset. You’ll coach staff, ensure fast, friendly experiences and uphold safety and quality across all tasks.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older (VA state law for specific tasks requires 21).
• Ability to multi-task, stand for extended periods, and lift up to 20 pounds (with assistance up to 40 pounds).

• Welcome customers to our stores with greetings and top-tier customer service
• Make magic happen by serving up quality food and beverages made to exact customer specifications in a safe, fast and friendly manner
• Mentor and coach your work fam to prioritize tasks and rock it as a Team Member
• Keep an eye on the goods in-store to ensure products are ordered, merchandised, rotated and readily available for our customers
• Keep things clean in the store, kitchen, and dining areas

• The ability to multi-task, perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching, and occasionally lifting up to 20 pounds and the ability to assist another person in lifting 40 pounds.
• Must be 18 years of age or older (VA state law requires Supervisor’s to be 21 years of age or older for certain tasks).
