Job summary

Sheetz is seeking a Supervisor to lead our store team with high energy and a positive attitude. You will deliver exceptional hospitality and service, while ensuring products are prepared to exact specifications in a safe, quick, and friendly manner.

You will mentor team members, manage shifts, and help maintain store standards including merchandise, stock, and cleanliness. A $1.50/hr night differential applies for working 10pm–6am, with extensive growth, benefits, and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Ability to multi-task while standing for extended periods.
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds and assist with 40 pounds when needed.
• Must be at least 18 years old; VA may require 21 for certain tasks.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with friendly greetings and top-tier service.
• Prepare and serve food/beverages to exact customer specifications safely and quickly.
• Mentor and coach team members to prioritize tasks and work as a unit.
• Monitor store items to ensure merchandise is ordered, rotated and available for customers.
• Maintain cleanliness in store, kitchen, and dining areas.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to our stores with greetings and top-tier customer service
• Make magic happen by serving up quality food and beverages made to exact customer specifications in a safe, fast and friendly manner
• Mentor and coach your work fam to prioritize tasks and rock it as a Team Member
• Keep an eye on the goodz in-store to make sure that products are ordered, merchandised, rotated and readily-available for our customers
• Keep thingz clean in the store, kitchen, and dining areas

Qualifications

• The ability to multi-task, perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching, and occasionally lifting up to 20 pounds and the ability to assist another person in lifting 40 pounds.
• Must be 18 years of age or older (VA state law requires Supervisor’s to be 21 years of age or older for certain tasks).
