Job summary

Sheetz is hiring a Supervisor to lead store teams with high-energy hospitality and a customer-first mindset. You will guide a team, ensure safety and quality, and drive efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

Night shifts include a $1.50/hr premium for 10pm–6am. The role offers growth opportunities, bonuses and comprehensive benefits as part of Sheetz’s commitment to its people.

Qualifications

• Ability to multi-task while attending to customers and tasks.
• Stand for long periods and perform repetitive movements.
• Must be 18 years of age or older; some tasks may require 21+ per state law.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with friendly service and assistance.
• Prepare food and beverages to order in a fast, accurate and safe manner.
• Coach and mentor teammates to prioritize tasks and work as a cohesive team.
• Monitor stock levels and merchandising to ensure availability.
• Maintain store cleanliness in all areas of the store.

Additional Job Info

Additional $1.50/hr. for working 10pm-6am

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to our stores with greetings and top-tier customer service
• Make magic happen by serving up quality food and beverages made to exact customer specifications in a safe, fast and friendly manner
• Mentor and coach your work fam to prioritize tasks and rock it as a Team Member
• Keep an eye on the goodz in-store to make sure that products are ordered, merchandised, rotated and readily-available for our customers
• Keep thingz clean in the store, kitchen, and dining areas

Qualifications

• The ability to multi-task, perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching, and occasionally lifting up to 20 pounds and the ability to assist another person in lifting 40 pounds.
• Must be 18 years of age or older (VA state law requires Supervisor’s to be 21 years of age or older for certain tasks).
