Job summary

Sheetz is seeking a Supervisor for our Virginia location to lead a dynamic store team and deliver exceptional guest experiences. The role comes with an additional $1.50/hr for working 10pm-6am, plus competitive salaries and growth opportunities.

As a leader, you will coach teammates, ensure quality food and beverage prep, and maintain store standards while driving hospitality and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older (VA state law requires Supervisor’s to be 21 years of age or older for certain tasks).
• Ability to multi-task and stand for extended periods, with occasional lifting up to 20 pounds and assistance to lift 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to our stores with greetings and top-tier customer service
• Make magic happen by serving up quality food and beverages made to exact customer specifications in a safe, fast and friendly manner
• Mentor and coach your work fam to prioritize tasks and rock it as a Team Member
• Keep an eye on the goodz in-store to make sure that products are ordered, merchandised, rotated and readily-available for our customers
• Keep thingz clean in the store, kitchen, and dining areas
