Job summary

Sheetz in Stafford, VA is seeking a Supervisor to lead a high-energy store team and deliver exceptional hospitality. You will mentor coworkers, oversee daily operations, and ensure quality food and service while supervising late-night shifts as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old (VA state law requires Supervisor’s to be 21+ for certain tasks).
• Ability to multi-task, stand, bend, and lift up to 20 pounds, with occasional 40 pounds assistance.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with top-tier service.
• Prepare quality food and beverages to exact specifications in a fast, safe, friendly manner.
• Mentor and coach team members to prioritize tasks and work as a unit.
• Monitor store inventory, merchandising, rotation and availability for customers.
• Maintain cleanliness in store, kitchen, and dining areas.

Additional $1.50/hr. for working 10pm-6am

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to our stores with greetings and top-tier customer service
• Make magic happen by serving up quality food and beverages made to exact customer specifications in a safe, fast and friendly manner
• Mentor and coach your work fam to prioritize tasks and rock it as a Team Member
• Keep an eye on the goodz in-store to make sure that products are ordered, merchandised, rotated and readily-available for our customers
• Keep thingz clean in the store, kitchen, and dining areas

Qualifications

• The ability to multi-task, perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching, and occasionally lifting up to 20 pounds and the ability to assist another person in lifting 40 pounds.
• Must be 18 years of age or older (VA state law requires Supervisor’s to be 21 years of age or older for certain tasks).
