Job summary

Sheetz in Ohio (Fairborn) is seeking a motivated Supervisor to lead store teammates, deliver hospitality, and ensure safe, efficient service for customers in a fast-paced environment.

This role includes a $1.50/hr shift premium for working 10pm–6am, plus strong growth opportunities, quarterly bonuses, and a comprehensive benefits package that includes PTO, 401k match, ESOP, tuition reimbursement, medical, vision and dental coverage, and snack discounts.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older (VA state law requires Supervisor’s to be 21 for certain tasks).
• Ability to multi-task, stand for extended periods, and lift up to 20 pounds (40 pounds with assistance).

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to our stores with greetings and top-tier customer service
• Make magic happen by serving up quality food and beverages made to exact customer specifications in a safe, fast and friendly manner
• Mentor and coach your work fam to prioritize tasks and rock it as a Team Member
• Keep an eye on the goodz in-store to make sure that products are ordered, merchandised, rotated and readily-available for our customers
• Keep thingz clean in the store, kitchen, and dining areas

• The ability to multi-task, perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching, and occasionally lifting up to 20 pounds and the ability to assist another person in lifting 40 pounds.
