Job summary

Sheetz in East Hempfield Township, PA is hiring an overnight Supervisor who fosters hospitality, coaches a store team, and ensures fast, accurate service.

You’ll welcome customers, prepare quality food and beverages, monitor inventory and merchandising, and maintain clean store and dining areas while earning competitive pay and employee bonuses.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older (21 years for certain tasks in VA).
• Ability to multi-task, stand, bend, and lift up to 20 lb (40 lb with assistance).

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with friendly greetings and top-notch service.
• Serve quality food and beverages to order accurately and safely.
• Mentor and coach store team members to prioritize tasks and collaborate as a team.
• Monitor in-store merchandise, restock, rotate and ensure products are available.
• Keep store, kitchen, and dining areas clean and organized.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to our stores with greetings and top-tier customer service
• Make magic happen by serving up quality food and beverages made to exact customer specifications in a safe, fast and friendly manner
• Mentor and coach your work fam to prioritize tasks and rock it as a Team Member
• Keep an eye on the goodz in-store to make sure that products are ordered, merchandised, rotated and readily-available for our customers
• Keep thingz clean in the store, kitchen, and dining areas

Qualifications

• The ability to multi-task, perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching, and occasionally lifting up to 20 pounds and the ability to assist another person in lifting 40 pounds.
