Job summary

Sheetz is seeking a Supervisor to lead store teams with high energy and a focus on guest experience. You will supervise daily operations, drive hospitality, and mentor teammates to deliver quality products and service.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older; VA state law requires Supervisor’s to be 21 for certain tasks.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 pounds.

• Welcome customers with greetings and top-tier service.
• Prepare quality food and beverages to exact customer specifications in a safe, fast and friendly manner.
• Mentor and coach team members to prioritize tasks and work as a team.
• Ensure products are ordered, merchandised, rotated and available for customers.
• Keep store, kitchen, and dining areas clean.

Additional $1.50/hr. for working 10pm-6am

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to our stores with greetings and top-tier customer service
• Make magic happen by serving up quality food and beverages made to exact customer specifications in a safe, fast and friendly manner
• Mentor and coach your work fam to prioritize tasks and rock it as a Team Member
• Keep an eye on the goodz in-store to make sure that products are ordered, merchandised, rotated and readily-available for our customers
• Keep thingz clean in the store, kitchen, and dining areas
