Sheetz is seeking a Supervisor who will lead store teams during overnight shifts, delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring quality food and beverage preparation. The role emphasizes teamwork, task prioritization, and maintaining merchandising standards to keep products available and store areas clean.

Qualifications

• Ability to multi-task and perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching.
• Lift up to 20 pounds and assist with lifting up to 40 pounds as needed.
• Must be 18 years or older (and 21 for certain tasks per VA law).

• Welcome customers with greetings and top-tier service.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to our stores with greetings and top-tier customer service
• Make magic happen by serving up quality food and beverages made to exact customer specifications in a safe, fast and friendly manner
• Mentor and coach your work fam to prioritize tasks and rock it as a Team Member
• Keep an eye on the goodz in-store to make sure that products are ordered, merchandised, rotated and readily-available for our customers
• Keep thingz clean in the store, kitchen, and dining areas
