Sheetz is hiring for a Supervisor position in an energetic, growth-focused environment. You will lead a team, deliver great hospitality, and ensure accurate food and beverage preparation to meet customer specifications.

The role emphasizes teamwork, task delegation, and maintaining store standards while taking pride in a fast-paced retail setting.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older; VA requires supervisors to be 21 for certain tasks.
• Ability to multi-task, stand, bend, and lift up to 20 pounds; assist lifting up to 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with greetings and top-tier service.
• Serve quality food and beverages to order with accuracy, safety, and speed.
• Mentor and coach teammates to prioritize tasks and work as a team.
• Monitor in-store stock, ensure products are ordered, merchandised, rotated and available.
• Keep store, kitchen, and dining areas clean and organized.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to our stores with greetings and top-tier customer service
• Make magic happen by serving up quality food and beverages made to exact customer specifications in a safe, fast and friendly manner
• Mentor and coach your work fam to prioritize tasks and rock it as a Team Member
• Keep an eye on the goodz in-store to make sure that products are ordered, merchandised, rotated and readily-available for our customers
• Keep thingz clean in the store, kitchen, and dining areas
